I bought this mount, did 2 rides and was so impressed I bought another one for my wife's bike. HOWEVER, after the 8th ride, the bracket broke halfway through the ride. (picture attached). It is clear that the point of failure is a design issue. If you drive on glassy roads, this mount can withstand. If you ride mountain bikes, look for a different binding! Edit: The woman's mount also broke completely on the 10th ride. (Attached picture of both broken brackets side by side, one circled in yellow and the other in red).
