Review on Gates TCKWP295D Timing Component Water by Bogdan Swizzle

I would give this Gates TCKWP295D Water Pump Timing Belt Kit zero stars if it were allowed. I installed the kit in July 2016 and within six months (and less than 3,000 miles) the water pump started leaking - not from the seal but from the impeller shaft. The Gates lifetime warranty is almost useless when you realize that refitting new parts takes hours of work to achieve. The thought of wasted time, effort and expense due to Gates' defective water pump infuriates me. Buy this kit from another manufacturer or you will regret it.
