A perm is essentially a 10-hour ultralight mascara that isn't waterproof.
Color comes in 3 disposable bags but you don't have to use the whole bag for one application. "Perm" is basically a super lightweight 10 hour mascara, it is not waterproof and not a true perm that will hold the curls for a reasonable amount of time. If you want to tint your lashes this is great, if you are looking for a perm solution that will keep your curls for a couple of weeks this is NOT the product for you.
