These pans are way beyond my culinary skills but I will learn how to use these wonderful pans. First, the packaging they arrive in is exquisite. Everything is at the highest level, not a stain on the pan. I have never seen such great packaging in any of the products I have ever ordered. The pots themselves are very balanced and fun to work with. They are virtually indestructible and have become my go-to utensil for everything I cook. Oven and dishwasher safe. If you do a little research, you will find that many world famous chefs are starting to use this brand. They have 24/7 concierge service, so you know this California-based company is backing their products, which, by the way, are handmade in a factory in Italy. There is no "Made in China" here. I have no doubt these pans will be of high quality and will stand the test of time. There is no problem here, and if you have money and like to cook, go get it. Easy to recommend.
