Earlier this year I bought a pair of Interplak Universal Water Jets and an additional five sets of SWJ1 Jets. The system cleans my teeth incredibly and overall I'm very happy, but the vibrating toothbrush head should be more reliable. I broke several of them in my mouth while brushing my teeth. They break off at the small end of the cone, just below the bristles of the brush. I hope the manufacturer reads this and takes action to strengthen the toothbrush head at the small end of the cone. The toothbrush keeps breaking at the small end of the cone. I was curious why so I studied the design very carefully and now I see the reason for the errors. If you look closely you will notice a thin seam at the small end of the cone, meaning this design uses a process of fusing two pieces together during production. Until Conair develops a one-piece process brush, the problem will remain. No other nozzles included in this kit have problems. The only reason I'm not throwing the whole system in the trash is because it cleans pretty well. my teeth. I recommend that Conair only ship 5 packs of brushes (for purchase) as this is the only brush head that breaks regularly.
