Nozzle tips leaked when installed in the aerator. I requested a refund but opted for a replacement and got rid of the original order. The replacement has also been leaked. I have requested a refund but no refund is shown as it was a free replacement order. From the money spent. Gladly not too much.

Earlier this year I bought a pair of Interplak Universal Water Jets and an additional five sets of SWJ1 Jets. The system cleans my teeth incredibly and overall I'm very happy, but the vibrating toothbrush head should be more reliable. I broke several of them in my mouth while brushing my teeth. They break off at the small end of the cone, just below the bristles of the brush. I hope the manufacturer reads this and takes action to strengthen the toothbrush head at the small end of the cone.
