Ideal for Raspberry Pi, Arduino, robot builders for item assembly and case assembly. Buy more than one. No tools required!

I was surprised how useful they are. I've read some other reviewers' comments about their use in radio control projects and I needed the 2mm size to try and salvage some outdated but potentially useful project cases for Raspberry Pi and Arduino experiments, so I bought the box. When they arrived I immediately used a set of 20mm bolts with nuts and bolts to stabilize the assembly which was assembled with 2mm plastic rivets. It rocked so much I was afraid it would fall apart if I touched it or I might drop it if I picked it up. After I replaced the plastic rivets with 20mm struts, the project box was pretty stable. I love the fact that I could only tighten the elements with my fingers and they stayed together. A week later, some very inexpensive acrylic cases arrived with almost no investment, allowing me to protect my Arduino Mega boards. Unfortunately, the precision-made acrylic case didn't quite fit this Mega model, so I took a set of 15mm standoffs, removed the extra case pieces (sides), and mounted the top and bottom plates onto the Arduino Mega. I calculated my cost of assembly: $1.50 for the body and $0.72 for the racks, for a total setup cost of $2.22. Only my first two uses made the whole set worthwhile. And I came back tonight and ordered another box because I have a few other projects that I know they just want to use, not to mention occasional visitors to my workshop.
