They make a great cut. Do not bend. If you wipe it off soon after washing it, rust marks won't appear on it at all. Do not believe them to be Japanese because the sharpness is not typical. Instead of being sharpened, Japanese knives are polished for an extended period of time. And not every Japanese person owns some really excellent knives. From that point in my life, I never again purchased them. Working with them has made me feel more at ease now. In the event that they become disinterested, I will take it to the dacha.
