I agree with several of the previous reviews that the fit is narrow. I have a regular width foot, normally wear a 7--7.5 and sized up to an 8 as previous reviewers suggested.Overall, this is a beautiful shoe that looks much more expensive than it is. The quality is very nice and I've received several compliments each time I wore it. One co-worker was so smitten, I had to share the link so she could purchase a pair as well. These shoes are initially comfortable with a springy, cushy foot bed. The platform feels really stable when walking in them (unlike previous platforms I've owned where my ankles would wobble because the base was so unstable). They are good for dressing up with a dress / skirt / dress pants or dressing down with jeans or more casual slacks.Admittedly, I first wore these shoes w/o breaking them in. It was at a work convention that required A LOT of walking, and while I did not get any blisters, I had to change shoes after a few hours because I was starting to feel a pinch in the toe area ( especially in the outer, baby toes). I tried wearing again just to a regular day at the office and while i was fine walking around the office throughout the day ( admittedly I have a desk job that doesn't require a whole lot of walking far distances) I started to feel the baby toe pinch again on my
