Pretty good. for electronics

My $300 Sena intercom broke after 5 years. I only used it to connect Bluetooth to my phone and didn't want to spend that money without a good reason. I tried this headset. It's really perfect for what I need. Easy installation, easy charging, decent sound. It would be nice if the device could be removed from the helmet for charging, but it can be done. The sound quality is better than my Sena. I will update you on battery and long term quality. Overall I am very happy with the purchase so far.
