We love this oven but the guards next to the top heating elements are almost impossible to clean. Also, our vertical pull-out toaster works better with regular toast, but other toasts seem fine too. We could not replace our old electric wall oven in a timely manner due to a lack of chips. But this oven is a good replacement for most things and arrived quickly. Many reviewers tend to use this oven exclusively as it has more features and doesn't heat up the kitchen as much. IMPORTANT: At 1800 watts, this oven may require a separate 20 amp circuit with a 20 amp outlet. 1800 watts draw 15 amps. Most standard outlets are rated for 15 amps, but in certain circumstances they need to be derated by 20 percent. We had installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit with a 20 amp outlet just in case. Consult a licensed and connected electrician as a standard 15A outlet can be overloaded and damaged. Here, too, the capacitance of the socket and circuit may have to be reduced by 20 percent for safety reasons. God saves the man who saves himself. We don't want to make a fire.
