Pros: Remote works great. I have purchased this product 5 times over the years due to various pets, spills, being stepped on/thrown, family life etc. Cons: Changing batteries is a deadly exercise as the AAA compartment is so small and cramped that BOBBY PIN is too thick to put in (requires less key or back of remote control). Each battery change requires a butter knife or butter fork. I bent a few of them to get the batteries out. It's absolutely scary to change these batteries, but at least the durability is good.
