I love this article. I couldn't find another like it. Note, however, that the three sizes for the millimeter part are wrong. See my first photo. I solved this problem by using a permanent black marker to cover up the wrong value and write the correct number over it. No big deal. But since it's almost $20, I assume there won't be such a bug. It is very durable. The top part opens to have a velcro closure when attaching to the hanger. Or your wardrobe rail. See my second photo. The top with the top closed and the bottom of the photo to show you what it looks like when open. This is how you see the Velcro. Because it is a canvas-like material, circular needles will not easily slip and fall out. Under the US size 15 slit is the bottom. But it is also the slot itself for further brochures. Its slot is larger than the rest, helping to store even more if needed.
