This is a heavy duty canvas ribbon with pockets labeled by needle size. For some reason not all US needle sizes are included, specifically sizes 0 and 1.5. They are small enough that I can fit them all in the size 1 slot, but that means I have to measure gauge for these needle sizes. The great advantage of this system is that the cables do not kink. I love this article. I couldn't find another like it. Note, however, that the three sizes for the millimeter part are wrong. See my first photo. I solved this problem by using a permanent black marker to cover up the wrong value and write the correct number over it. No big deal. But since it's almost $20, I assume there won't be such a bug.
