This is a heavy duty canvas ribbon with pockets labeled by needle size. For some reason not all US needle sizes are included, specifically sizes 0 and 1.5. They are small enough that I can fit them all in the size 1 slot, but that means I have to measure gauge for these needle sizes. The great advantage of this system is that the cables do not kink. Over time, cords kept in twists became straighter and much easier to work with. I can also estimate the length of the cable and quickly find the right size. A good investment for knitters who use a lot of circular stitches.
