I need a dual port DisplayPort KVM that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars. I have two 2560 x 1440 monitors: ASUS PA278QV (60/75 Hz) and BenQ EX2780Q (60/120/144 Hz). I am very pleased to confirm that this KVM works flawlessly with both monitors at all refresh rates listed above. I was a little hesitant as the Q&A didn't specifically state 75Hz for 1440p. And there's a one-star rating for this KVM that doesn't run at a higher refresh rate. But I'm glad I tried this product as it works great with my monitors. There is a USB power cable (included) that needs to be connected. The device itself is made in a metal case and has a low weight. Overall, the quality is pretty good considering how cheap this KVM switch is. Note that if you have multiple monitors configured, Windows will reorder the other monitors when you switch the connection to a different port. Windows assumes the monitor is physically disabled. I'm not sure if expensive DisplayPort KVM switches don't have this problem, but I can live with it.
