This is not a fluffy rug. I think they called it fluffy because it's "shaggy," but it's very flat and not fluffy at all. This is a foam base that recovers within a day of opening the vacuum pack (the instructions say up to 2 days but I didn't notice any change after the first night). It feels very soft and silky. So silky that it's easy to slip when you put the socks on and walk on them. In addition, the pile does not have a dense thread. So if you move or comb the fibers in one direction or another, you will see that a white "base" is visible through them. Overall bad design and even worse description.
