The most important thing that I liked was their very friendly customer support team; they were always ready to answer questions or solve problems whenever it occurred during my project implementation phase with them. There is nothing much we disliked about this product. This software has been helpful in solving our localization needs from time zone differences for multiple websites which had different languages as well so overall satisfied! Their customization options are great when working together through online meetings - easy way to share changes made live within minutes instead having to wait till next meeting date/time if something goes wrong while changing design elements. We have used Google translate API but later realized how costly such services can be since there's no free version available anymore (we needed only 2 language translations).
