Bought for my 1972 Ford Gran Torino Sport to replace the rusting originals in my steel tail light housings. There are 3 sockets and this was used to connect a reversing light to an end or interior socket. After punching a hole in the case, I bent back the tabs a bit to allow the jack to snap into place. Be careful and remember that tabs are fragile and break very easily. Attached the base of the socket to the rear light housing with black silicone and connected it to my original wiring harness. With a little patience, this pedestal will help replace the lost originals.
