Review on Monroe AK29 Shock Absorber Adaptor by Rich Ferguson

Used on 03 Oldsmobile Silhouette rear compressor air lines for electronic level control. My tee is broken. I was able to use it to replace it in just minutes after figuring out how the new kit worked. Note: No instructions given. If you are in a situation where you need to replace one of the lines, since the new line uses a new connection type, you will have to recreate the heads of all the old lines right at the intersection. This is not a problem. You need to cut off the old Monroe type mounting heads just before connecting, put on the screw head and then the rubber ring and screw tight. Any line you replace will also screw into the tee. This allows old tubes to be replaced, but the fittings to the cylinders themselves still require the original Monroe fittings. Included are replacement lines with one end precut/prepared (ready for a new fitment) and one end with an old style connector (required on the cylinder).
