We received this and installed it on our boat and have been very pleased. We had other switches that were triggered by a switch outside when the water in the boat well reached a certain level. It's great because of the switch that's on the bottom. Those with the switch on the outside tend to linger with junk or stop working. It gave us no peace of mind, especially when we get caught in a torrential Caribbean rain and don't have to worry about the float switch turning the pump on.
