Don't get me wrong - sunshine works and works well! I work for a psychiatrist and he recommends it to almost every patient that walks through his door. My ONLY downside is that they are MASSIVE CAPSULES. I mean, you can practically fly to the moon and back in these capsules. About 2 inches long (maybe going to the moon was an exaggeration, but the 2 inches long of these suction cups aren't), for those who even have a little trouble swallowing pills - you'll struggle with that. Personally, I've had to tell myself not to choke on every pill - there's actually a running joke that I have to take Sunny Mood just to be able to swallow my Sunny Mood pills! TL; DR: It works, but you might choke trying to swallow them to experience it for yourself.
