Bleckwen provides great tools and excellent customer support. They are always willing to help their customers with any concerns related to their account. They have helped us implement a lot of security features that help us manage our risk and also have benefited by the increase in the visibility of fraud. I would say their system is the best out there currently available. They are constantly adding new features that make life easier. At this point I do not have any complaints or concerns in regards to Bleckwen. But if I had to pick something I would say that their pricing is high. This is an area that they could improve. Otherwise, I am a happy customer of Bleckwen. BLECKWEN provided real-time protection of our bank accounts to be able to monitor our risks. They provided us the tools to identify fraud attempts and also the Bleckwen is easy to use, quick, and allows you to see what's going on in your business very quickly. Sometimes it can be hard for me to get information from different sources. The system has helped us identify fraudulent transactions. We are also able to see patterns of bad behavior so we know who our high risk customers are early on which helps when making decisions about how much credit or cash flow should be offered them.
