They look good at first glance and work great for a few months. Then, when the soft-close system stops working and your drawers slam shut, you wonder what went wrong. After studying the design for a bit, you'll find that the soft-close mechanism depends on a tiny piece of plastic handle sticking out (pictured) that should hold the soft-close area. This little piece can slide sideways or just fall out, break or disappear. This makes the soft close completely unusable. The drawers still slide out, but they slam and happily slide out again. So you close them yourself quietly, only for them to open again. They also can't handle the weight of the boxes after a while. waste of good money.
