
I would give 5 stars based on the following criteria: - Simply the best wireless camera system I have ever used - Easy setup - No issues with multiple and additional cameras - Excellent quality - Smooth use . Easy to set up. Why did I give two stars? The company needs to collaborate on customer service. Your customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. None of the outsourced support centers have technical expertise. I had a simple question, but the conversation ended when it quickly became apparent that no one was really an expert on the system. Note that other indicators show that management in the customer service group is facing staff shortages and limited resources. In the world of ecosystems, you'd expect a company like Arlo to play with (especially) HomeKit. Pro3 not. This is unacceptable.
