Allows cable slippage when shifting. Doesn't seem to cover the full range of 11 tines either. I bought it hoping to save a few bucks, but after the installation process it became clear that some of the mechanisms would not be available. Thinking my cassette's largest cogs would be needed the most, I installed the cable with more than usual tension, effectively blocking access to my smaller cogs to get to the largest ones. It worked well enough until the tension on the cable released under load, sending me into the lower gear on steep hills. No Bueno
