It has enough mounting holes to probably fit anything. I installed it on the front of my truck to make the extra headlights easier. It's a lot easier than I thought. probably about 1 pound or less total weight. Because the license plate mount on the front of my Tundra is a bit recessed compared to the top bumper, I had to run spacers between the handlebar mount and the license plate mount to get it vertical, or drill holes closer to the top to keep it out of the way Hole. Bumper. I decided to use 3 stainless steel washers on each of the two bolts I used to attach them to the truck. When I pushed it down it became a good solid platform for the lights. The 2 holes in the top were perfect for what I needed as the lights I bought for this are stud mounted. The only downside is the weight. I feel like just touching something with it, it bends slightly, it's so light. Maybe not, time will tell.
