I finally got the tag in my email. I'll find a box and ship it to Texas. I wouldn't buy knowing that there is only one repair shop in the United States that can service products under warranty. Lots of trouble and no computer to use until it's fixed. As I said, great machine, but it failed during the warranty period and was returned with problems.
