The best part of vcrp system was that it can integrate with 3rd party software like Jira or Asana etc to provide complete view for all stakeholders across various departments in an organisation! Also their customer support team has been great so far!! They have made my life easy by helping me setup this solution seamlessly within our organization. - Easy integration into third-party tools such as Slack, Github Enterprise, Trello.- Real time reporting from each department using multiple dashboards which I found very useful especially when comparing performance between different teams/departments.- Ability to track KPIs easily via metrics dashboard.
