Item Fuel cap failure

Hello I have a problem with this item after installing it on my car. The problem reoccurs. Check engine light with evaporator. Leak in the fuel tank system. After completing the system diagnostics, I found that the new fuel cap (this part) is defective, the valve in the cap stays open, and the cap is leaking fuel tank vapors. Please, the return window is closed on this item, but the item comes with a certain guarantee.
