Irresistible smell - I'm afraid it's toxic

I'm not sensitive to strong smells, scents or even perfume but this one was too strong! The smell could be smelled from a few feet away and I don't know what my cats thought but my head has been hurting since I put them on. I don't know if it's just an annoying strong smell or if it's toxic, but I took them from my cats and threw them away. I've used all kinds of "smelly" products, but this was the worst.
