Disappoints Good for Portable Audio & Video

I use this for my small architecture office. I had to get Bose. I chose Tivoli for the aesthetics and the supposedly easy connection. It looks good and has great sound when it works. Connecting to my Apple devices proved demoralizing. The instruction manual is poorly written. I have contacted customer service who are responsive but the remedy usually involves a factory reset. It feels like I'm dealing with a cranky machine.

Stream audio from all Airplay 2 and Google Chromecast supported services like Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play, Tidal, Deezer, Pandora, TuneIn and more.
