Firstly, as mentioned in another review, I also bought this from my local auto parts store when I was installing new spark plugs on my vintage truck. I have a few complaints about this tool that I want to share. First, as mentioned in previous reviews, the width is too thin for proper crimping. The thin width deforms the connector, forcing you to work the entire length of the crimp. Second, the tooth profile was not round enough to wrap the end of the connector back into the wire to make a crimp. Third, there was a gap between the tooth of one jaw and the tooth of the other jaw, creating a curve or shoulder. Fourth, one of the yellow rubber handles broke during the first attempts at crimping. The correct tool for crimping the spark plug wire is a wide ratchet. Typically it has interchangeable dies for crimping different connectors. Please learn from my experience and stay away from flimsy pliers.
