First failure for soldering stations
. I got it out of the box it didn't work but I fixed it by getting a replacement, this is a quick mod. I've used this unit a few times on smaller projects and preferred it to work in sensitive areas with my large heat gun. Heat control is great, especially when using pinpoint jet control. The auto shut off when you put the heater/fan head in the stand is great as I never run out of hands when working on small projects. Heat and flow control are very good. Update: Failed to replace after two uses; I wouldn't accept any more junk. The seller reacts, the goods are just scrap.
