I have mixed feelings about these scissors. I'm tired of the tedious and often time-consuming chopping of fresh herbs. These scissors do a pretty good job with lots of herbs, but there are a few downsides to their design. They come with a cleaning tool to clean the herbs between the blades, which you often have to use 3 or 4 times at a time for a single bunch of herbs like parsley. This can confuse the process a bit. Also, it doesn't grind herbs very evenly if you're trying to do it quickly. Sometimes you have to go back to the chopped up pile and grab bigger pieces so you can cut through them. All of these things can be a little annoying, but I still think it's not as annoying as cutting them by hand. If you don't mind preparing herbs the old-fashioned way with a knife and cutting board, you can still try these scissors. I'm still working on making it user friendly and will update my review if I come up with any tricks.
