Our 2007 Yukon's power windows and motor failed after years of childish handling. Up/down/up/down/up/down/up/down over and over again. Eventually, the window fell through in its half-open position. Needing a repair ASAP, I reached out and received a quote from our local Chevrolet dealer. After being blown away by what they were trying to charge I decided to fix it myself. I had to buy two new plastic snaps to replace the ones I broke when removing the door panel. Aside from this small flaw, this Dorman ESC and motor fit and run perfectly. It runs just as quietly and just as quickly as the "real" GM units in the other three doors. This item was installed in August 2011, now in August 2012. So far, it's good. If any of the other ESCs or motors fail I will return to AMAZON to place another order.
