When I first used Megadrain I started to heat up (thermo effect) about 22 minutes after taking the pill I was getting nervous but decided to work anyway and blew it along Ease, It was definitely a megadrain. The next few times I used it I got a little warm after 20-30 minutes post pill but not so the first time so I guess you must develop a tolerance for the ingredients. I really like it and I would say it definitely works, especially when used as the label recommends. I don't even have to warm up most of the time when I use it, it's just that good and that's my honest opinion.
