Product arrived in professional packaging. Everything came as expected. The installation was difficult due to the age of the car. I installed this kit on a Chevrolet Tahoe 04 4wd. I went with 3 inches. The hardest part was removing the old torsion wedges due to rust. After scoring the native keys (took 30 minutes) it went on without any problems! I tightened the screw halfway and saw a 2 inch increase in front travel. Hi I don't follow your instructions. I used a spring compressor instead. I needed about 20 minutes for the rear. Since the spring tensioners hit the body at the bottom, I had to attach spacers at the top. never mind So far it's going great! I will buy 4 new shock absorbers. As well as rear airbags when towing. I'll do a comparison soon. Well, a quality product!
