I like cool lights. Many LEDs are yellowish, which I don't like. This LED has a clean bright white light which means it is a high quality LED. It comes with 3 sets of double-sided foam stickers. These sets are attached to a thin metal rod. When the rod is then lifted, the light becomes magnetic and attaches/detaches to the metal rod very easily. The magnet is nice and strong so there is no chance of it falling off the metal rod. What you need to do is make sure the foam stickers are attached really well to both the wall and the metal bar. I would suggest heating the foam stickers with a hair dryer before sticking them onto the metal bar and pressing firmly. Then do the same to attach the metal bar to the wall. Wait at least 12 hours to install the light to ensure the stickers stick well. The instructions for this lamp do not describe the installation very well. I'm assuming the instructions were written by someone who doesn't speak English, but that doesn't matter as the lamp pretty much speaks for itself. There is a small switch on the side of the light to turn the light on and off and there is also a motion sensor. I really don't like motion detectors, so I just turn them on and off manually. I love the magnetic mount so I can just grab the flashlight when I need a portable flashlight! This is a twin lantern that I really like. I am satisfied with this lamp and it is a good quality product.
