This sling carrier works great! It is very easy to adjust and fits comfortably on my shoulder. Our pup is a Miniature Dachshund and currently weighs about 4 pounds. The backpack is a bit big for her, but she fits in it perfectly. We can also use this when she's grown up (maximum 5kg) when she's on long walks or hikes when her little legs get tired. The hole is big enough for the puppy to crawl through. The inside also has a metal hook for a leash, a hole for a collar, and magic tape to keep the zipper in place. In no case should the dog jump out and run away. The strap accommodates a phone if small enough; mine is a Samsung S21 and it fits right in with an Otterbox. There is also a zipped pocket on the back wall for pockets of poop, treats, money, wallet etc. The additional collapsible food/water bowl is a great addition. I highly recommend.
