The mats were very thin rubber. The holes did not line up with the floor locks, new holes had to be cut, and the rubber was so thin that the plastic locks had to be removed from the floor mats that came with the machine and installed on the mats. There are also no breasts on the back of the rugs, allowing them to slide over the wood and not snag the rug. And as for the shipping, it took 7 days with Prime and when it arrived the box was torn all over and they said the address was wrong, I checked the address and it was correct. This is the second time I've had problems with UPS. Last time I ordered they said they couldn't deliver the package. And you had to give me the money back. I don't think UPS wants to deliver your packages.
