I used these lights to illuminate our front-, side-, and back-yard sidewalks, replacing some inferior lights installed five years ago. These new lights have attractive design, good finish, and solid all-aluminum construction of stake, stem, and hood. Parts are threaded and screw together. No cheesy plastic connectors. Wires are long, which made connecting to the feeder wire easy. I am really happy with this purchase. If the lights fail prematurely (before 50,000 hours), I'll update this review. But they are so superior to the ones they are replacing that I'm confident the LED's will exhibit the same attention to quality.
