Easy to install but short lived.
Installation was fairly easy. Just took the old one off and put the new one on. It looks good, fits my door well, and seals tight so I don't have to worry about bugs or drafts. But I've had it for about 2 weeks now and it's starting to lose its grip. I had to put it back. I might have to nail it down so it doesn't fall all the way down. **Update**, it's been 12 days and it's no longer stuck to our door. We don't use the door very often so I'm really really disappointed.
