Works. Fits my Tacoma with the existing screws around the factory boxes on either side, plus 4 new holes drilled for the hinge. Self-tapping screw when it's easy. Generally easy to install. The place is quite usable. I wish the plastic was sturdier. It feels like a few seasons in the sun and it can get brittle. The lock keeps the honesty of only honest people, a thief can easily pick this lock. Thing is, if you don't add a little lock to the hinge, they can take the whole box off the hinge. But even then, you have a small barrier between you and the theft. Great for when you need to store a few unimportant items: belts, hitches, wipers, etc. Not big enough for a cruciform wrench, not strong enough for a bottle jack. However, after assembly, there is a pleasant free space between the bed and the box, which can be used to fix the cross wrench. Looking for comfort, this is it. Seek security, get a dog. I recommend with these caveats. Feel comfortable but a little overpriced for what I got. Swings work but are not needed. A solid box made of a stiffer material would be better. it's just me
