The kettle is smaller than the original and splashes water when it boils
I have had Chantal cookware for over 30 years and had to replace the kettle. The new teapot looks good and is of good quality but is smaller than the original teapot. There is also a hole in the middle of the lid of the kettle spout (so that steam can escape). The hole is larger than the original kettle, and when the water boils, water gushes out like a geyser from the hole in the spout lid. Water quickly spreads throughout the house! I'm disappointed because I love Chantal tableware.
