Definitely size up. I'm 5'4", 135 lb and ordered a large and am glad I did. It fits like small to medium and is a little on the short side but think if i went to an XL, it probably would have been perfect. The material is similar to the $60 golf shirts, not like the scratchy polyester like some of the cheaper golf shirts. It's soft, light weight and will be a great shirt. I will definitely buy more however expect long delivery times. It took almost 2 months for me to get the it.
