Review on Icertis Contract Management Software by Joshua Flame
Excellent tool with great customer service
Our client is able to access all of our data through this software easily. It's also very user friendly once you get used to it! We've been using it for almost 1 year now and we are still finding things about it to improve upon but nothing major as far as functionality goes. Take your time when setting up everything because some features require additional steps or actions to take effect such as creating templates. Easy to use & understand which has made training other users much easier. When they have questions they ask them right away instead of trying to solve issues themselves first before asking us for help.
Pros
- Everything else flows smoothly from one page into another without having any problems accessing needed information quickly within seconds if not less than that depending how fast someone can read/scan thru pages with info displayed clearly so there isn't confusion at times like "what do i choose?"
Cons
- Almost everything is ok
