Review on True Zoo Corkscrew Soft Touch Multicolor by Raul Fabijan

I have not used this item and cannot comment on how well it works as a bottle opener as I bought it as a gift. I am writing this review more about the durability of the product. My first came with no legs. There were no legs in the box so either a defective product was sent to me or the legs fell off before it was packed. I called Revain and they ordered a replacement and asked me to send the first one back. Thankfully, he arrived just in time (an hour before my friend's socially distanced birthday picnic). I opened the box and found that the opener was again missing legs. Luckily the legs floated in the box this time and I was able to glue them on so I could have my friend's birthday present. This item breaks easily and if I could go back I would order something else for my friend. Unfortunately I will not be returning a replacement as I don't have time to get another gift and I will be paying for this poorly made item. It's cute, but think twice before ordering this item. The company also needs to reconsider how it's packaged (the back was also curved, but that's a minor issue) to ensure it will stand up to shipping.
