This wire came in a shipping box and when I opened it the plastic spool was destroyed. The box itself was destroyed, but the shipping box was not. This tells me that whoever put the product box in the shipping box didn't care about the condition of the contents. The coil was so damaged that you couldn't load it into the machine and expect it to stay there and be fed. I reordered and was a little disappointed with how long it took. The replacement order came two days later and the coil was also damaged. It's almost impossible to use. A few pieces from the edge of the spool and a piece from the sleeve. I had no problems and it was fed well. The plastic spiral is so brittle that it breaks when touched. The wire was ok but I don't think I'll order it again.
