Nice little set with a nice case to keep everything. At full power you turn it on and it sounds like a child's toy, basically a weak motor. Various settings are not very useful. They use the "soft" setting to get the most out of it, considering the water drains after about 20 seconds. I could see it being good for those who need a sinus irrigator and when you see the instructions it's like what it was designed for and as an afterthought something of an irrigator for your teeth. If you're trying to use this for teeth, it comes with attachments that are easy to fit. However, the small tank will quickly run out of water and you will need to hold it fairly vertically to avoid water being sucked in from below. You need to fill it at least 3-4 times as much as a normal manual faucet and imagine your pressure is at number 1, if so it is really that weak. Gentle on the sinuses, lousy on the teeth. I would never recommend this for your teeth, even for travel.
